Where Can I Find Glass Bottles for Packaging?

http://www.carowpackaging.com

This is a quick post directed to my fellow Canadian, and more specifically my Toronto readers. I am really having a hard time finding glass bottles to package bath and massage oils, so I'm asking for your help. Do you know of any glass bottle suppliers in the greater Toronto area? Please let me know in the comment box. I would be forever grateful!

I mean, I have found bottles I like online. The problem is, if they come from the U.S. I have to pay an arm and a leg for shipping and sometimes even a lot of money for shipping within Canada. I am specifically looking for a tall, skinny 4oz bottle and also a standard Boston round 8oz bottle. At first I would like to buy small quantities, but down the road, maybe larger quantities. I've tried online searches, yellow pages, dollar stores, flea markets.... and nothing! There must be some glass company/supplier in Toronto. Any help you could give is appreciated!

  1. Found your post while searching for bottles too. New Directions Aromatics has a pick up option. Not sure if you ever got an answer.

  2. Hi - I am in a similar postion - looking for bottles that ship from Canada or can be picked up in the Toronto area. Did you ever find any bottles nearby? If I have to I will get them from New Directions, but the caps are not ideal for my purposes (I don't need a dropper top, since I am packaging my home-made vanilla, not an essential oil), and I was hoping to find a clear bottle that they do not carry.

  4. It is quite strange how little attractive packaging is avail. in canada. I have been stymied in my business start up over this very problem. Packaging is soooo imp. There is supposed to be a packaging co. that sells bottles over on Weston Rd. near the Junction-- I have yet to check them out. New Directions is as close as I got to something useful so far

    1. The company is Consolidated Bottle Corp and they are open from 8:30am to 3:45pm Monday to Friday. I find their customer services is far better than some of the others in the GTA. They also have no minimum order and free delivery within the GTA!
